1 lb. meat (your choice); ground beef, chicken (cubed), or pork tenderloin (cubed)

1 package Mann’s Broccoli Slaw or Rainbow Slaw (in the salad section of your supermarket)

1 package of shredded cabbage for cole slaw

Sesame Oil

Soy Sauce

Garlic (pressed or minced)

Onion powder

Brown your meat in a good splash of sesame oil in a rocket-hot wok (or large frying pan).  Add soy sauce and cook chicken or pork until no longer pink; if using ground beef, cook until browned and drain fat.  Return meat to wok.

Add more sesame oil (a generous splash) and add both packages of slaw mixture, along with approximately 4 T. soy sauce, garlic and onion powder (to taste).  Stir well, cover for 5 minutes.

Remove cover and stir again; you should see the slaw wilting nicely and have a portion of juices in the bottom of the wok from the cabbages wilting.  Cover for additional 5 minutes.

Stir last time, turn off heat and leave covered until ready to serve.  May be served over rice or without; extra soy sauce for flavouring the rice is acceptable. :)
